laura@visiblycreative.co.nzLaura is the founder of Visibly and the driving force behind its vision, building a boutique agency that puts people first and does things differently.
With a deep understanding of the creator space, Laura leads all things talent at Visibly, working closely with a curated roster of creators to shape their growth, guide their direction, and ensure every partnership feels aligned, elevated, and worth saying yes to.
Known for her strong instinct, thoughtful approach, and sharp negotiation skills, she is dedicated to helping talent build meaningful, long-term careers while ensuring they are recognised, valued, and paid what they deserve.
With a closet that is envy-inducing and a knack for making things happen, Laura is all about creating magic, in style.

Amanda O’Donnell

As the driving force behind brand relationships and new business, she works closely with leading brands and agencies to create partnerships that feel considered, impactful, and genuinely aligned with our talent.
With a natural ability to connect people and spot opportunity, Amanda is constantly building momentum, pitching, prospecting, and securing collaborations that drive real results.
A proud mum to three boys and always one step ahead, Amanda brings both energy and intention to everything she does, and is exactly who you want in your corner.

Sophie Christey
sophie@visiblycreative.co.nzSophie brings a wealth of experience to Visibly, joining the team after more than five years in London’s talent management world at Gleam Futures, where she worked alongside some pretty iconic names including Zoella, Caspar Lee and Mrs Hinch.
Originally from the UK, Sophie has an incredible understanding of the creator industry and a genuine passion for helping talent build meaningful, long-term careers. She works closely with our creators to support their growth, manage opportunities, and ensure every partnership feels aligned and exciting.
Recently married to the love of her life, Hugh, Sophie has traded London life for New Zealand and we could not be happier to have her bringing her expertise, warmth, and a little bit of British charm to the Visibly world.

Working across partnerships and social media, Lucy supports the seamless delivery of campaigns, keeps the inner workings of Visibly beautifully organised, and ensures Visibly’s social presence continues to reflect the creativity, warmth, and style the agency is known for.
With an eye for aesthetics, a love of fashion, and a naturally thoughtful approach, Lucy brings a considered touch to everything she does.
