    Day to day, Laura works one on one with our talented creators and influencers, ensuring each collaboration is perfectly aligned with their values while maximising their potential. She offers unwavering support, guidance, and secures the recognition and compensation they rightfully deserve.

    With a closet that's envy-inducing and a strong set of negotiation skills, she's all about making magic happen in style.

    As our Partnerships Manager, she’s the one out there championing our creators, keeping Visibly talent front-of-mind with the brands and agencies that matter most.

    With her finger on the pulse and her heart in the hustle, Amanda is constantly pitching, prospecting, and creating exciting new opportunities that help grow our agency and drive results for our creators.

    She’s also a proud mum to three school-aged boys (yes, she’s busy, and yes, she’s still somehow always one step ahead!).

    Whether she’s managing PR, bringing our events to life, or curating our social presence, Xenia adds her signature style, care and precision to every detail. She’s also a proud mama to two gorgeous girls, Bella and Sage, and somehow still makes it all look effortlessly chic (teach us your ways, Xenia!).
