    With a deep understanding of the creator space, Laura leads all things talent at Visibly, working closely with a curated roster of creators to shape their growth, guide their direction, and ensure every partnership feels aligned, elevated, and worth saying yes to.

    Known for her strong instinct, thoughtful approach, and sharp negotiation skills, she’s dedicated to helping talent build meaningful, long-term careers while ensuring they’re recognised, valued, and paid what they deserve.

    With a closet that’s envy-inducing and a knack for making things happen, Laura is all about creating magic, in style.

    With a natural ability to connect people and spot opportunity, Amanda is constantly building momentum - pitching, prospecting, and securing collaborations that drive real results.

    A proud mum to three boys and always one step ahead, Amanda brings both energy and intention to everything she does - and is exactly who you want in your corner.

    Xenia is the heart behind Visibly’s social presence, bringing her signature polish and warmth to everything we share. She leads our social strategy with intention and style, ensuring every touchpoint feels elevated, aligned and unmistakably Visibly.

    From shaping content direction to engaging with our community and keeping our digital presence sharp, Xenia adds her signature care and precision to every detail. She’s also a proud mama to two gorgeous girls, Bella and Sage, and somehow still makes it all look effortlessly chic (teach us your ways, Xenia!).
